Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how A-Drive collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects information when you use the A-Drive mobile application and related website.

1. Who we are

A-Drive is operated by Igor Koryaka, an individual service operator and data controller (the “Operator”, “A-Drive”, “we”, “us” or “our”). For privacy inquiries or data-rights requests, contact privacy@a-drive.com.ua.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the A-Drive mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the A-Drive app website, and related support and account-deletion services. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own policies.

3. Information we may collect

Account and profile information, such as name, username, email address, profile image and authentication identifiers.
User content, such as vehicle information, build details, photographs, comments, biography, achievements and other material you choose to submit.
App activity and technical data, such as app interactions, device and app identifiers, operating-system version, crash information, diagnostics, IP address and approximate region derived from IP.
Notification tokens and preferences when you enable push notifications.
Support and deletion-request information, including the details you submit and records needed to verify and complete the request.

We do not intend to collect payment-card data, precise background location, contacts, health data or audio recordings through the current version of the app. If a future feature requires additional data, we will provide appropriate notice and permissions before collection.

4. How we use information

to create and administer accounts and authenticate users;
to provide rankings, events, profiles, garages and community functions;
to host, display, moderate and manage user content;
to send service, security and optional push notifications;
to maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and enforce our Terms;
to measure performance, diagnose failures and improve the app;
to comply with law, lawful requests and protect legal rights.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable under the GDPR or similar laws, we process data to perform our contract with you, based on legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, with consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may use vetted service providers to operate the app, including hosting and content storage providers, Google services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Sign-In and Google Maps, and Apple Sign in with Apple. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation and, where applicable, on our instructions. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Public information and user content

Profile information, competition information, vehicles, photographs, comments and other content you publish may be visible to other users or the public. Do not publish information you wish to keep private or information about another person without authority. Public content may be copied or shared by others outside our control.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, security, backups and legal compliance. Account data is generally deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request, subject to limited retention required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or backup cycles. Public competition results and records may be retained as historical or public-interest information where lawful and may be separated from your account.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport where supported, access controls and secure authentication mechanisms. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. You can update certain profile data in the app, manage device permissions in system settings, disable notifications, and request account deletion in the app or at the Account Deletion page. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

11. Account deletion

You may initiate permanent deletion inside the app or through our Account Deletion page. Deletion removes the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain. Some de-identified, aggregated, security, transaction, legal or backup records may remain for a limited period. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

12. Children

A-Drive is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age required to consent to data processing in their country should use the service only with authorization of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the app, law or practices. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
