Terms of Use

Effective date: July 19, 2026

1. Operator and service

A-Drive is operated by Igor Koryaka, an individual service operator (“Operator”, “A-Drive”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and is made available on iOS through the Apple App Store and on Android through Google Play. A-Drive provides motorsport information, rankings, event discovery, profiles, garages, media and community features. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use A-Drive for lawful personal or internal business purposes. No ownership is transferred. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security, scrape at scale, interfere with the service or use it to build a competing database or service except where applicable law expressly permits.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant A-Drive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, publish, communicate and distribute that content solely to operate, promote and improve A-Drive, subject to the Privacy Policy. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for lawful retention, backups, content shared by others, and materials incorporated into public competition records or promotional materials with your permission.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights. We may remove, restrict, label or preserve content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obliged to monitor all content.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use A-Drive to post unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, defamatory, infringing, malicious or dangerously misleading content; impersonate others; manipulate rankings; submit false competition results; distribute malware or spam; harvest personal data; organize illegal racing; encourage unsafe driving; or interfere with other users or systems.

6. Motorsport information and safety

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. A-Drive is an information and community service, not a driving instructor, race organizer, sanctioning body, emergency service, insurer, engineering adviser or official timing authority unless explicitly stated for a particular event. Never use the app while driving. Follow laws, event rules, safety instructions and professional advice. Participation in motorsport is at your own risk.

7. Rankings, results and event listings

Rankings, results, schedules, locations, vehicles and participant data may come from organizers, public sources, users or automated imports. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, official status, timeliness or absence of errors. The organizer’s official publication controls in case of conflict. We may correct, recalculate, annotate, merge or remove data. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or eligibility.

8. Verification

Verification indicates that we completed certain checks; it is not a guarantee of identity, competence, conduct, vehicle safety, legal compliance or future performance. We may request documentation, deny or revoke verification and are not required to disclose anti-fraud methods.

9. Third-party services

A-Drive may integrate third-party maps, authentication, analytics, notification, media or links. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or terms. Your use of them may be governed by separate agreements.

10. Intellectual property and reports

The app, branding, software, design and Operator-created content are owned by or licensed to us. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a detailed notice to legal@a-drive.com.ua identifying the work, content, location, your contact details, authority and a good-faith statement. We may request evidence and take appropriate action.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a violation, security risk, legal requirement, harm to users or the service, prolonged inactivity, or operational necessity. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Drive is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and any contractors, representatives and service providers acting on the Operator’s behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, reputation or opportunity, or injury or property damage arising from motorsport activity, reliance on user content, event information or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 50, except where a higher minimum is required by law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Operator against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting legal@a-drive.com.ua. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where explicit consent is legally required. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.

17. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with restructuring or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. The English and Ukrainian versions are intended to be equivalent; if a discrepancy cannot be reconciled, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
